AE Account Lists Many of you have expressed to us that you are concerned about your AEs seeing another AEs account list while using the Sales Management section of X-Ray. We do have a solution to remedy this concern. All you have to do is put the Sales Management Restriction File on each of your AEs computers. This file, once put on the users computer, will block the AEs access to be able to see the Sales Management Button on the main screen as well as the AE Performance Tab. That way they will not be able to modify any of the data nor will they be able to see the account lists of the other AEs that they work with. more Staggered Multimedia While most of the data in X-Ray relates to what is happening precisely in Radio, the Multimedia Tab incorporates data for both Newspaper and Broadcast Television. The data for these other media is estimated based on rate card by TNS Media, this data is extremely insightful for both prospecting and account research. more X-Ray 4.0 Webinars Thank you for the positive feedback that we have received from the launch of X-Ray 4.0. You can look at all of the advertisers alongside their prior year comparative spending. One of the best ways to run the query is with criteria applied to filter out all of the advertisers that have reduced their spending. more Technical Support Update: Are you Running Version SP1?
