MKA’s Patent Pool Management service provides Open and Closed Patent Pools with an independent 3rd party service that manages the collection, allocation and reporting needs of a Patent Pool, nationally and Internationally*.

• Collect royalties for the patent pool

• Preparation of tax returns and tax planning advice for the patent pool
