Political Action Commitees
MKA has provided PAC report preparation and consulting services since the passage of Proposition 9 in 1974 and electronic filing since 2000. Proposition 9 established the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and the political reporting process in the state of California.
We have a full time professional staff that provides PAC related services. These services include Federal Election Commission (FEC) reporting for federal PACs and FPPC reporting for state and local PACs. Our staff prepares a full range of FEC, FPPC, IRS and Franchise Tax Board reports for every type of PAC.
The regulations governing the PAC reporting process have become more complex over time and MKA’s professional staff keeps current on all PAC related issues.
