Linda Becker, MBA

For over the last 27 years, Linda Becker has focused her career on providing royalty compliance services for CBS television, Capitol records and a host of the nation’s leading accounting firms. In addition to performing numerous royalty compliance services relating to recording contracts and publishing, her experience also includes reviewing record distribution and joint venture agreements as well as catalog valuations, patent rights and litigation support engagements. Ms. Becker has directed and coordinated international investigations, giving her valuable experience into foreign distribution and accounting practices at foreign subsidiaries of major record companies. She was also instrumental in the design, implementation and management of a customized royalty computer application, providing clients with data and tracking ability as well as automated tools for analysis and audit applications. In 2002, Ms. Becker testified before the California Senate Judiciary Committee during the hearings into record industry accounting and business practices.
