Emigrating from South Africa in 1980, becoming a partner at MKA in 1990 and possessing over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting, Charles Schnaid has been an expert in the licensing and royalty field for over 21 years. He is the court appointed co-accounting referee in the Slesinger v. Disney’s Winnie the Pooh case and recently was an expert witness in a major arbitration matter relating to royalty payments. In addition to his focus on licensing and royalty consulting, audit and compliance services for licensors/agents, Charles specializes in accounting, tax (U.S. and International) and business advisory services to entrepreneurial growth oriented business clients, entertainers, and high net worth individuals whether domestic or abroad.
