Charles Schnaid Joins the BOD of LIMA
Partner, Charles Schnaid joins the LIMA Board of Directors
Los Angeles, CA July 7 – Effective as of July 1, 2010, Miller Kaplan Arase’s Charles Schnaid, CPA was elected to the International Licensing Industry’s Merchandisers’ Association’s (LIMA) Board of Directors.
As a partner in Miller Kaplan Arase’s Royalty Compliance division, Charles has long been a supporter of LIMA and a participant in many of their programs over the years. Annually Charles teaches courses for LIMA’s highly regarded Certificate of Licensing Studies program, often covering many hot button topics such as the licensor’s right to audit, net sales and licensing agreement ambiguities. ‘This is a great honor to be a part of [LIMA’s] Board of Directors,” explained Charles “everyone that I have known to be on this board has set a great example for me.” Charles’ election to the board will run from 2010-2013 and his role within Miller Kaplan Arase’s Royalty Compliance division will remain unchanged.
